Second time buying Oakley prescription… Second time buying Oakley prescription sunglasses from ADS. Their customer service was great and even recommended when a sale was going on, while I was asking questions about my new glasses. My old Oakley prescription sun glasses lasted 5 years (get a lot of use here in Arizona). I'm expecting the same high quality from this purchase.

My eyes are happy so I am happy My eyes are happy so I am happy. Living in California means lots of sunshine so sunglasses are a must. But with myopia and astigmatism, many eyewear stores will only suggest very conservative looking frames. ADS' highly informative website and broad range of sports frames gave me confidence to try them out. Turns out their ordering process was very detailed which further bolstered my confidence that this company knows what they're doing. I am definitely returning next year to get another great looking, functional, and affordable pair of glasses.

Almost perfect: Need way to check order status online ADS Sports Eyewear site was easy too use and when I asked a question the response was immediate and answered everything to my satisfaction. The only reason I went for 4 stars instead of 5 was it would be nice to have a way to check the status of an order on the website without having to email someone at the company. Once you order, it feels like your order goes into the void with no way to know what is happening unless you send an email asking for a status update. Short of that everything was great and I'm am extremely happy with my purchase.

I paid for my prescription sunglasses and still don't have them I paid for my prescription sunglasses approximately 6 weeks ago. They said delivery 10-12 days. At 21 days they didn't answer an email on the status. Got through on day 22 and was told the glasses broke in grinding and would ship within 2-3 days. One more follow-up and they said would ship next day and send confirmation number. NOTHING. Now 6 weeks...emails for status go unanswered. Complete SCAM IMHO! I will never use them again. I would never recommend them.

Ordered RX glasses Sep 7 Ordered RX glasses Sep 7. Apart from an automated reply, after 2.5 weeks have heard nothing further from this company despite sending six emails and multiple int'l calls. They do not answer their phone and voicemail has been disabled. I also sent my prescription and measurement data, but received no reply or acknowledgment. I have no idea whether ADS is working on my order or even still in business. It's like they do not exist. Advise you to find another seller.
