GBI paid for my prescription sunglasses and still don't have them I paid for my prescription sunglasses approximately 6 weeks ago. They said delivery 10-12 days. At 21 days they didn't answer an email on the status. Got through on day 22 and was told the glasses broke in grinding and would ship within 2-3 days. One more follow-up and they said would ship next day and send confirmation number. NOTHING. Now 6 weeks...emails for status go unanswered. Complete SCAM IMHO! I will never use them again. I would never recommend them.

AUHello Hello. I found your company a pleasure to deal with. Your staff were very helpful and seemed to know their stuff. My only comment would be that I was dealing with you from overseas, which required a bank transfer for the payment. When dealing with overseas clients, I would recommend that you advise us that we can pay via PayPal. This way is both easier, cheaper and faster for me. Unfortunately I only found out after I'd transferred the money that this option was available. Otherwise you get a big thumbs up from me. Regards.

GBAlmost perfect: Need way to check order status online ADS Sports Eyewear site was easy too use and when I asked a question the response was immediate and answered everything to my satisfaction. The only reason I went for 4 stars instead of 5 was it would be nice to have a way to check the status of an order on the website without having to email someone at the company. Once you order, it feels like your order goes into the void with no way to know what is happening unless you send an email asking for a status update. Short of that everything was great and I'm am extremely happy with my purchase.

GBGreat price quality, easy service...would highly recommend If you are offered a discount make sure you ask what the discount is applied to. I was disappointed to find out that it only applied to a portion of my total... However, I learned later that the additional monies was refunded. I couldn't have been more pleased. GBvery very poor customer service. Reached out several times with no response from customer service. For what they are charging for their products you would think they would want to take care of the customer.
