SGOrdered RX glasses Sep 7 Ordered RX glasses Sep 7. Apart from an automated reply, after 2.5 weeks have heard nothing further from this company despite sending six emails and multiple int'l calls. They do not answer their phone and voicemail has been disabled. I also sent my prescription and measurement data, but received no reply or acknowledgment. I have no idea whether ADS is working on my order or even still in business. It's like they do not exist. Advise you to find another seller.

GBBeware of ADS I've been a customer for years. Since COVID, the company is non functional. No one answers the phone or returns voicemail. I finally got the cell of one person who tried to help me with an order, but over a month later I still don't have my order AND they cancelled part of the order as they tried 3 times to make the lenses and gave up. This lens was something I'd ordered many times in the past. My suggestion is find another vendor. This company is effectively closed.

I forgot to give them my discount code and when asked they gave it to me anyway ! only one negative wanted an extra set of gaskets and they forgot ( riding glasses ) would shop again with them ...

GBGreat price quality, easy service...would highly recommend If you are offered a discount make sure you ask what the discount is applied to. I was disappointed to find out that it only applied to a portion of my total... However, I learned later that the additional monies was refunded. I couldn't have been more pleased. Thanks Adseyeware...

GBvery very poor customer service. Reached out several times with no response from customer service. For what they are charging for their products you would think they would want to take care of the customer.
