I am giving two stars because this company has difficulties being honest and efficient I am giving two stars because this is my second order with ads sports eyewear. Obviously the first experience was good because I went back. This time, wow!! I ordered 3 weeks ago and emailed them for status. The company NEVER responded. I called today and was given every excuse for every issue. There has been an issue with the servers but they try to answer every email quickly. Seems that it is a common excuse to pass the blame. Where are my glasses? We will be getting them out today. How convenient that you found them when I called. This is a second rate company and will never get my business again.

very very poor customer service. Reached out several times with no response from customer service. For what they are charging for their products you would think they would want to take care of the customer.

Shipping Screwed Up I have bought prescription lenses numerous times from ADS and until my last transaction, had a positive experience. My last transaction was shipped to the incorrect address. I alerted the staff to this, and the excuse I got was that on their internal system, it showed the address they shipped to. The address I specified was printed on the receipt so there is a problem with their system. This is not my problem and I'm not interested in why it was incorrectly shipped. I was able to recover the item and have it forwarded to me, but it's resulted in an an additional two weeks to receive the item. I was in a hurry to get item for a golf trip so the delay was very disappointing. I received a sincere apology, but unfortunately an apology doesn't do anything to help my situation. I believe in retail, when the vendor makes a mistake they have to stand behind it and make a gesture like a store credit and provide an assurance that they will do whatever it takes to make sure I be whole in case the goods can't be recovered.

I’m pretty sure this is a fake company I’m pretty sure this is a fake company. I placed an order back in March and I never even received a confirmation but they did take my money out of my account. I reached out to them via email multiple times and I still heard nothing back. I’ve even threaten them with a charge back and still nothing

Great price quality, easy service...would highly recommend If you are offered a discount make sure you ask what the discount is applied to. I was disappointed to find out that it only applied to a portion of my total... However, I learned later that the additional monies was refunded. I couldn't have been more pleased.
