GBMy mistake: Metal Safety Frame RX-533 62/37-16-145mm First time with a mail order prescription. Not being familiar with the sizing, I ordered the wrong size frame. They turned out to be huge on my above average head size for a 6'2", 180 lb male. Owner did a nice job of responding and offered a credit on the frame, but felt it wasn't worth going through the process. I take responsibility for ordering the wrong size and will take it as a loss. The massive frame for this model looks ridiculous when I wear, but not worth going through the return process. Prescrip is okay, but lesson learned on determining the correct size. I should have been pro-active and asked more questions. Check your measurements prior to ordering.

GBSturdy Frames for hard-to-fit face My husband has a notoriously hard-to-fit face and nose, and the simple, sturdy metal frames we ordered from VS Eyewear are perfect and look like they will last a long time. So glad we discovered this resource for function not fashion.

GBI purchased a pair of rimless clipon… I purchased a pair of rimless clipon sunglasses, and the edges are rough and unfinished, and the spring mechanism on the glasses is awkward and doesn't slide easily. This is the second pair of the exact same model and the first one was much nicer (or else I never would have purchased a second pair.)

GBA simple single vision lens was not… A simple single vision lens was not made correctly, had distortion and made me feel dizzy, could not use the sunglasses. Asked for refund but was told no refunds. Agreed to have lenses remade but had to pay shipping and more money for remake. Process took 3 months and the lens remake is no better than the first time. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never had this type of problem. It does not seem the lab this company uses had the capability to make prescription lenses for wrap style frames.

GBZero stars!!! Zero stars!!! Ok, for first. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One cheaper,($78.24.) Second pair was($234.00.) We paid separate shipping for each pair. Understanding the more expensive pair would take time. And also with the understanding the less expensive pair would arrive within 7 to ten days, per your website. After three and a half weeks we called your company and had discouragement. VS Eyewear explained that their lab was behind. And had not started production. At that time we asked for a refund. They blatantly denied the refund, saying lenses were in process and once they were in process there was no refund. Finally after five weeks of waiting. And listening to factitious and belittling responses from Mike DeMasi and Tara Demasi. I received one pair of glasses (the cheaper ones.) That were to order. The more expensive ones were most definitely not! We ordered 47-16-130 for both. And recieved not that. This company is seething with incompetence. And knowing the arrogance of the owners of this company, and having the displeasure of concordance. I doubt that they have the ability to reconcile. If anyone has questions or concerns about my review. joeldavis277 @gmail.com . I have all related correspondences and receipts. To fortify my anger towards VS Eyewear.
