GBMy lenses were not as I ordered them My lenses were not as I ordered them, I sent them back and the communication with VS eye wear was horrible. I was made to feel like I was bugging them by wanting to know about my glasses. I received my glasses back and still no bi-focal. I'm not sending them back because I don't want to go through the trouble of dealing with them.Their customer service needs some serious training.

CATerrible customer support amiss this… Terrible customer support amiss this whole Covid-19 thing. no one could give a answer on when the glasses would ship out until it was past there "Can not be canceled point" of the sale. Glasses had well over a month to be delivered before i needed them and only went with this company because it appeared they could deliver... wrong!! Not only did they not show up when i need them, they did not show up at all. 2 whole months and $112USD later not only did i get shafted in having to buy a local pair, im out $112 American and never even got a refund from these crooks.

GBPoor craftsmanship I been using the (welding) flip up shades for 30 years and was quite disappointed when they arrived. Right off, I noticed the poor quality and the lenses were not aligned with each other (the lens welds were not aligned). Then I went to install them on my glasses and the points where the frame slips over the glasses was not even close, unlike the other two flip lenses I have, they pop right on. So, whoever made these, made the connection points on the flip ups way to far apart, to fit any glasses properly (1/2" to far apart). Consequently, I spent almost two hours bending and trying to find a way to make the flip ups fit. Unfortunately, I had to use zip ties to make it work and now I can't take them off, without a lot of labor to put them back on.

GBA simple single vision lens was not… A simple single vision lens was not made correctly, had distortion and made me feel dizzy, could not use the sunglasses. Asked for refund but was told no refunds. Agreed to have lenses remade but had to pay shipping and more money for remake. Process took 3 months and the lens remake is no better than the first time. I have been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never had this type of problem. It does not seem the lab this company uses had the capability to make prescription lenses for wrap style frames.

GBFrames were falling apart & lenses I… Frames were falling apart & lenses I can't see out of. I notified them the moment I got them and every week since with no reply. I have yet to hear back from this company and I've paid for a pair of glasses that I cannot wear.
