Poor craftsmanship I been using the (welding) flip up shades for 30 years and was quite disappointed when they arrived. Right off, I noticed the poor quality and the lenses were not aligned with each other (the lens welds were not aligned). Then I went to install them on my glasses and the points where the frame slips over the glasses was not even close, unlike the other two flip lenses I have, they pop right on. So, whoever made these, made the connection points on the flip ups way to far apart, to fit any glasses properly (1/2" to far apart). Consequently, I spent almost two hours bending and trying to find a way to make the flip ups fit. Unfortunately, I had to use zip ties to make it work and now I can't take them off, without a lot of labor to put them back on.

My mistake: Metal Safety Frame RX-533 62/37-16-145mm First time with a mail order prescription. Not being familiar with the sizing, I ordered the wrong size frame. They turned out to be huge on my above average head size for a 6'2", 180 lb male. Owner did a nice job of responding and offered a credit on the frame, but felt it wasn't worth going through the process. I take responsibility for ordering the wrong size and will take it as a loss. The massive frame for this model looks ridiculous when I wear, but not worth going through the return process. Prescrip is okay, but lesson learned on determining the correct size. I should have been pro-active and asked more questions. Check your measurements prior to ordering.

Don’t bother getting the faster… Don’t bother getting the faster shipment cause it’s gonna take 2 weeks to make regardless of shipping speed Company’s response to my review is that they received my order on May 30th and that I received glasses 8 days later. What the company failed to mention is that the order was placed on May 24th! Own up to your downfall and stop trying to degrade your customers!
