Zero stars!!! Zero stars!!! Ok, for first. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. One cheaper,($78.24.) Second pair was($234.00.) We paid separate shipping for each pair. Understanding the more expensive pair would take time. And also with the understanding the less expensive pair would arrive within 7 to ten days, per your website. After three and a half weeks we called your company and had discouragement. VS Eyewear explained that their lab was behind. And had not started production. At that time we asked for a refund. They blatantly denied the refund, saying lenses were in process and once they were in process there was no refund. Finally after five weeks of waiting. And listening to factitious and belittling responses from Mike DeMasi and Tara Demasi. I received one pair of glasses (the cheaper ones.) That were to order. The more expensive ones were most definitely not! We ordered 47-16-130 for both. And recieved not that. This company is seething with incompetence. And knowing the arrogance of the owners of this company, and having the displeasure of concordance. I doubt that they have the ability to reconcile. I purchased a pair of rimless clipon… I purchased a pair of rimless clipon sunglasses, and the edges are rough and unfinished, and the spring mechanism on the glasses is awkward and doesn't slide easily. This is the second pair of the exact same model and the first one was much nicer (or else I never would have purchased a second pair.)

Don’t bother getting the faster… Don’t bother getting the faster shipment cause it’s gonna take 2 weeks to make regardless of shipping speed Company’s response to my review is that they received my order on May 30th and that I received glasses 8 days later. What the company failed to mention is that the order was placed on May 24th! Own up to your downfall and stop trying to degrade your customers!

Excellent job on a custom set of specs I ordered a special lens (Drivewear) which is polarized, photochromic, and will darken slightly even inside a vehicle. Mike at VS suggested a modern fitover frame in which to mount these lenses - they did a fantastic job. I subsequently ordered one for each car. This company is great to work with and has top-quality products for a good price.
