What the company failed to mention is that the order was placed on May 24th! Own up to your downfall and stop trying to degrade your customers!

I purchased a pair of clear… I purchased a pair of clear prescription progressive safety glasses and a pair of prescription progressive tinted safety glasses. The tinted pair are great. I can see very clearly using them. The clear pair seem as if they had the distance and close portions backwards. I called VS eyewear about this issue but could only leave a message so they could contact me back. Never heard anything from them.

Terrible customer support amiss this… Terrible customer support amiss this whole Covid-19 thing. no one could give a answer on when the glasses would ship out until it was past there "Can not be canceled point" of the sale. Glasses had well over a month to be delivered before i needed them and only went with this company because it appeared they could deliver... wrong!! Not only did they not show up when i need them, they did not show up at all. 2 whole months and $112USD later not only did i get shafted in having to buy a local pair, im out $112 American and never even got a refund from these crooks.

Excellent job on a custom set of specs I ordered a special lens (Drivewear) which is polarized, photochromic, and will darken slightly even inside a vehicle. Mike at VS suggested a modern fitover frame in which to mount these lenses - they did a fantastic job. I subsequently ordered one for each car. This company is great to work with and has top-quality products for a good price.

My mistake: Metal Safety Frame RX-533 62/37-16-145mm First time with a mail order prescription. Not being familiar with the sizing, I ordered the wrong size frame. They turned out to be huge on my above average head size for a 6'2", 180 lb male. Owner did a nice job of responding and offered a credit on the frame, but felt it wasn't worth going through the process. I take responsibility for ordering the wrong size and will take it as a loss. The massive frame for this model looks ridiculous when I wear, but not worth going through the return process. Prescrip is okay, but lesson learned on determining the correct size. I should have been pro-active and asked more questions. Check your measurements prior to ordering.
