GBI purchased a pair of rimless clipon… I purchased a pair of rimless clipon sunglasses, and the edges are rough and unfinished, and the spring mechanism on the glasses is awkward and doesn't slide easily. This is the second pair of the exact same model and the first one was much nicer (or else I never would have purchased a second pair.)

GBGreat Experience Great experience. My local optician didn't stock the frames I wanted and after many internet searches (resulting in several sites with very poor reviews) I finally came across VS Eyeware. My initial email inquiry was promptly answered and a follow-up phone call concerning a pricing error was handled politely and then quickly corrected on the website so I could continue the purchase. The 2 sets of Flexon frames showed up in less than a week and nicely packaged.

GBThird pair of Visionaries clip-ons I… Third pair of Visionaries clip-ons I have purchased. Excellent products. Came in nice plastic cases. I would like to see a larger selection of non-polarized lenses. Some screens in devices I use are wiped out by the polarization, requiring the device to be rotated 90 degrees to be viewed which is not also possible.

GBMy lenses were not as I ordered them My lenses were not as I ordered them, I sent them back and the communication with VS eye wear was horrible. I was made to feel like I was bugging them by wanting to know about my glasses. I received my glasses back and still no bi-focal. I'm not sending them back because I don't want to go through the trouble of dealing with them.Their customer service needs some serious training.

GBPoor craftsmanship I been using the (welding) flip up shades for 30 years and was quite disappointed when they arrived. Right off, I noticed the poor quality and the lenses were not aligned with each other (the lens welds were not aligned). Then I went to install them on my glasses and the points where the frame slips over the glasses was not even close, unlike the other two flip lenses I have, they pop right on. So, whoever made these, made the connection points on the flip ups way to far apart, to fit any glasses properly (1/2" to far apart). Consequently, I spent almost two hours bending and trying to find a way to make the flip ups fit. Unfortunately, I had to use zip ties to make it work and now I can't take them off, without a lot of labor to put them back on.
