I made a purchase on 6/8 I made a purchase on 6/8, and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I emailed customer service about when my order would ship. I never got a response, but coincidentally the same day I got a notice that my order shipped. I was never alerted that the product I ordered was on back order or anything, and I waiting 3 weeks for my purchase that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. I will not be ordering from Glasses Etc again, they didn’t even answer my inquiry email.

Scam Scam. I was tricked into a duplicate order. Paid through Sezzle who debited my bank card immediately for the first installment- they won't refund until they get a response from the merchant. Merchant is GlassesEtc Their phone number does not exist. Their customer service number does not respond to calls and no contact person is available. I had to have my bank refund the money as a fraud claim.
