GBI’ve been using one 800 contacts for… I’ve been using one 800 contacts for four years and twice in those four years they have randomly charged me for an eye exam and I do the eye exam every time I order, so you can never be sure if they’re gonna charge you $25 or $45 . Their customer service is really rude. They don’t understand why it’s happening either nor can they explain they just want to see what they can do to get me to leave them alone instead of explaining how their website works . They seem to not even know how it works which is why they’re avoiding the question.

GBBad Business practices They couldn't verify my prescription. Cancelled my order. Now I am being informed that I need to wait up to 10 days before I can get refunded. When I contacted them, now they are trying to tell me is the bank. This is crazy

GBShipping upgrade fail I upgraded shipping from 5-7 days to 2-3, I needed them before heading out of town. And found out they weren’t scheduled to arrive until 5 days later. Needless to say, I never got them. All they had was apologies. I recommend an in person situation when I comes to vision.
