GBFirst time attempting to order… First time attempting to order obviously charged me and then said that I’m restricted to only buying contacts the my eye doctor recommended and not what I was attempting to purchase then canceled the order and said I haven’t had a fitted with the current doctor been wearing contacts for years. Horrible first experience will definitely not order from here again. I also don’t agree with there ten day refund bullcrap if they take your money same day they should be held to returning it same day.

GBEverything worked exactly as you would… Everything worked exactly as you would want it to. The prices were competitive, my prescription was reviewed and approved quickly, and the contacts came in just a few days.

GBA+ Customer Service This company has gone above and beyond for me several times in the past few months. Today, due to severe cold weather, I was not able to retrieve my contact lenses from my mail box. I contacted the company to ask if the contacts would be damaged by the cold, and without me asking, they are shipping me a FREE replacement order to another address. This is TOP NOTCH service and I'm very impressed and grateful!

GBPrices are ludicrous and they lie about… Prices are ludicrous and they lie about "matching prices". I was on chat with an agent showing, showing him several other companies selling them for half the price. They pretend to check but will give you a totally different price than what you're seeing in your cart of that other company, including all fees. So for example, you send them a screenshot with the final cart, showing exactly what you'd be charged if you go with another company, and they tell you some imaginary number that they decided for their (other company's price) and say they are going by some fake guideline.

GBReceived defective contact lenses Received defective contact lenses. Each blister pack containing one lense was tried and NOT ONE worked. Either the prescription was wrong or not embedded correctly. Tried to call customer service and was trapped in an electronic loop trying to get me to accept a "FREE" medical alert pendant. Never got a human after hanging up and trying many many times so called my credit card company to dispute the charge.
