Terrible terrible terrible Terrible terrible terrible! They are thieves and will make sure their invoices don't reflect the money they took from you! I can't even dispute the transaction with my bank because it doesn't show where they owe me a refund for an order that was canceled. I wish I could give 1 star.

The most annoying The most annoying advertisement. I've blocked all of them on YouTube, but new ads keep popping up 100 times a day. I don't need lenses; I've never worn lenses. Even if I were to need them, I would never use this annoying company. Improve your targeting.

Supposed to be delivered on March 1st never delivered Supposed to be delivered on March 1st. Waited all day to receive them. No communication was provided to let us know they were not coming. They were not delivered. Next they were not able to be picked up so stayed around waited till 415 pm. I gave instructions on what do. Instead they left a slip in the mailbox while we were away. Re-Scheduled a delivery for March 4. Waited all day and the package never came. Had to go to external location to pick and of course going to this pickup we were not expecting to take left us stranded for a couple hours when the car broke down.

Prices are ludicrous and they lie about… Prices are ludicrous and they lie about "matching prices". I was on chat with an agent showing, showing him several other companies selling them for half the price. They pretend to check but will give you a totally different price than what you're seeing in your cart of that other company, including all fees. So for example, you send them a screenshot with the final cart, showing exactly what you'd be charged if you go with another company, and they tell you some imaginary number that they decided for their (other company's price) and say they are going by some fake guideline.

Everything worked exactly as you would… Everything worked exactly as you would want it to. The prices were competitive, my prescription was reviewed and approved quickly, and the contacts came in just a few days.
