GBA+ Customer Service This company has gone above and beyond for me several times in the past few months. Today, due to severe cold weather, I was not able to retrieve my contact lenses from my mail box. I contacted the company to ask if the contacts would be damaged by the cold, and without me asking, they are shipping me a FREE replacement order to another address. This is TOP NOTCH service and I'm very impressed and grateful!

GB3 user household here- 3 user household here- Overpriced, including shipping if you need them fast. Your rX has to be verified and it is not retaining the verifications, rather not shipping your order and promoting their &20 online exam. Scam, bad service, overpriced.

GBThe most annoying The most annoying advertisement. I've blocked all of them on YouTube, but new ads keep popping up 100 times a day. I don't need lenses; I've never worn lenses. Even if I were to need them, I would never use this annoying company. Improve your targeting.

GBFirst time attempting to order… First time attempting to order obviously charged me and then said that I’m restricted to only buying contacts the my eye doctor recommended and not what I was attempting to purchase then canceled the order and said I haven’t had a fitted with the current doctor been wearing contacts for years. Horrible first experience will definitely not order from here again. I also don’t agree with there ten day refund bullcrap if they take your money same day they should be held to returning it same day.
