Very good quality artwork I was pleased beyond expectation with the quality of artwork. My complaint was due to the shipping address being wrong and the impression that I got was that it was my fault and they were not too willing to try and reroute my delivery address. In addition I was told I would have to pay an additional $30 fee.Fortunately I had to intercept the delivery via FedEx once it arrived in the USA. Consumers, please pay attention to your billing and shipping instructions when placing orders as the company will not necessarily accommodate any adjustments regarding this. This experience was the only thing that upset me. I basically had to solve my own problem regarding this as they seemed more concerned with blaming me for this error rather than actually executing a solution. Instead they argued that they sent it to the address I previously gave them. I spoke with more than one agent regarding my issue and reminded them I was in the process of moving from the beginning of my transaction.

I was confused by the size and had to… I was confused by the size and had to order a larger size because it was more than one subject. I expected the portrait to be smaller so that it would fit into the frame but the portrait is the size of the frame so now I need to get a larger frame. I will not do that so it will remain rolled up and stashed away. I regret this purchase.

They never get annoyed or frustrated with making changes to your paining! Great service the quality is great! They do an overall fantastic job! Highly recommend *****! So talented The communication was so great! They responded back very quickly and efficiently to all my questions and concerns. Also sent me sketches to confirm if I liked it or not and let me change and edit until I was satisfied. Highly recommend this site! Amazing and so talented work♥️
