The painting turned out great The painting turned out great. It involved making a few edits and several options were provided very quickly. The process was easy and quick. The only issue that occurred was that the frame was damaged slightly, but noticeably, during shipping. This took a little time to resolve as it required involving the shipping company. In the end, the cost of the frame was refunded. This unfortunately means that I'll have to go to a local frame shop to have a frame made, but that wasn't PortraitFlip's fault. The frame and painting were well-packaged. Sometimes these things just happen during shipping. Fortunately the painting was not damaged.

I was confused by the size and had to… I was confused by the size and had to order a larger size because it was more than one subject. I expected the portrait to be smaller so that it would fit into the frame but the portrait is the size of the frame so now I need to get a larger frame. I will not do that so it will remain rolled up and stashed away. I regret this purchase.

Great experience start to finish It was easy to download the photo and request initial changes and after the first proof was ready they were attentive to our design changes. We love the final product. We requested an expedited turnaround and the final framed painting made it to us ahead of schedule.

I’m blown away! I’m blown away!! I can’t put into words how impressed I am with the artwork painted for me. The attention to detail is truly incredible! It was really heartwarming seeing it in person. It’s such a precious piece that I will treasure forever, and hang with pride on the wall. The communication throughout was very straightforward and prompt. The turn around and delivery was also very efficient. Strongly recommend as a gift for someone, or to treat yourself!
