GBHalf happy with purchase The hooked rug which I purchased through your website did not meet my expectations. Bonnie Boswell Antiques altered the colors of the pictures used to advertise the rug. The contrast was pushed to give the rug an almost black frame in the pictures. The actual rug has a mid-tone brown frame. The background of the motif looks cream/white in the ad pictures used, but the actual rug has a tan background. Bonnie Boswell should not alter the colors and contrast of what she is selling. Good points of the transaction: the rug is in good condition and it arrived promptly.

CAEasy site experience, but "Help" not helpful The website is fairly intuitive to use. I found it easy to filter the specific categories I was interested in, making my time quick on the site. The one thing I found problematic was, I have no way of knowing if my Credit Card information is visible to the Seller, or if my Credit Card data is being store on either the Seller's site or the Ruby Lane site. I tried to find out on the Ruby Lane site, but got nowhere. Very frustrating!

GBi haven't received any info on when it… i haven't received any info on when it will be shipped or when i can expect to receive the pen however, i’m really looking forward to its arrival (whenever that might be) i’ve been looking for this particular pen for at least twenty years. i hope it’s in as good a condition as the fotos suggested. thanks for the reply... GBRuby Lane got back with me IMMEDIATELY… Ruby Lane got back with me IMMEDIATELY to make the "payment" step very simple. Placed my order on tuesday with the regular shipping and received my order on friday...couldn't be any faster!
