All did their best to regulate shipping costs if I thought those listed were too high. Fast to give me a refund if the shipping turned out lower then I agreed to. Filters are Great! I really like the filters, it helps reduce my search time. (My only suggested improvement would be to list what an item sold for, that would help educate buyers who want to learn more about the value of vintage pieces.)
