USPurchase Order system is improved The purchase order process apparently has been changed/improved. I had no idea that if I chose PayPal/Credit card I would not be billed immediately for a purchase (my previous experience); the system is now letting me place an order but wait for payment until the shop owner has adjusted the shipping charges.

In particular, I appreciate the ability to search in a variety of ways - vendor, price, item category, etc. As well, thank you for allowing the use of PayPal. I found Ruby Lane two years ago, and have ordered everything from earrings to a magazine rack.

USi haven't received any info on when it… i haven't received any info on when it will be shipped or when i can expect to receive the pen however, i’m really looking forward to its arrival (whenever that might be) i’ve been looking for this particular pen for at least twenty years. i hope it’s in as good a condition as the fotos suggested. thanks for the reply... USRuby Lane got back with me IMMEDIATELY… Ruby Lane got back with me IMMEDIATELY to make the "payment" step very simple. Placed my order on tuesday with the regular shipping and received my order on friday...couldn't be any faster!
