All the dealers I have dealt with have… All the dealers I have dealt with have been quick to send my orders...well packed for safe shipping. All did their best to regulate shipping costs if I thought those listed were too high. Fast to give me a refund if the shipping turned out lower then I agreed to. I love Ruby Lane and will continue to shop here!

Thank you Richard Saxman Antiques! From start to finish my transaction with Richard Saxman has been very smooth. Communication was prompt, clear and considerate. The doll arrived in good time, was safely packed and exactly as described. I would be more than happy to purchase from this seller again. Liz Stanbrough Australia.

Easy site experience, but "Help" not helpful The website is fairly intuitive to use. I found it easy to filter the specific categories I was interested in, making my time quick on the site. The one thing I found problematic was, I have no way of knowing if my Credit Card information is visible to the Seller, or if my Credit Card data is being store on either the Seller's site or the Ruby Lane site. I tried to find out on the Ruby Lane site, but got nowhere. Very frustrating!

Do not like new layout format. Do not like new layout format! More unnecessary clicks to view items or even getting to specific products in a category. Also don’t like at all(!) that I can’t view what sold that day in new items. Part of the interactive fun and learning experience. These changes from a customer perspective are of no benefit, just the opposite. Plus…don’t need confirmation that I have “Great taste” “nice find” etc. that’s only automated foolishness and comes off rather insulting actually. But I love Ruby Lane!! However recent changes haven’t improved anything. Feels like bored computer programmers changing things only the sake of changing.
