I've purchased from several auctions… I've purchased from several auctions now, and have had great experiences from each. The platform itself works well. I get all the text notifications I set myself up for as reminders for the auctions and items I'm watching. It's been a great experience!

There were 5 missing shelves from a… There were 5 missing shelves from a bookcase and when asked if they were found at auction site I did not receive an answer. Very disappointed.

Error in listing, still have not received refund I won a collage (item #10214) listed as being 13.5"x17.5". In the course of arranging shipping, I was told the listing was in error; the piece was actually 31"x 25.5". This size didn't work for me and on April 18th, I was told a refund would be issued within 3-5 business days. It has been 8 business days and the refund has not yet been issued. I emailed an inquiry and received no reply, then called today and spoke with someone who was very nice and promised communication within 2 days. Unfortunately, my confidence is pretty damaged.

Item as expected - very happy! Item with auctioneer was well photographed and was a very good representation what we bid on and bought. pick up was very easy & quick.
