…all except the last bidding night. Had a great experience with the auction until the last day. Unclear if it was server issues or a glitch but in communication with other people we identified there was an issue that prevented people from being able to bid on items in a timely manner or move past the initial screen (first 20 items) to check the status of upcoming auction items that were ending. It was nerve-wracking and disappointing. I trust Auction Ninja will look into any server/cloud/error issues they have and identify ways to make the customer experience better in the future. Tracking bids, receiving invoices, and viewing items is fantastic. With the exception of the final night of bidding, I give Auction Ninja two thumbs up.

Just a thought I have had a great experience with Auction Ninja. Easy to use and navigate the site. Might be a good idea to caution some of the Auctioneers to be more accurate with their photos. I haven't had an issue, but witnessed a huge argument because of a mistake in a picture.

Great Service; Items as Described So far I have only had great service with Auction Ninja. All items I have received have been in the shape shown on the picture and have been inexpensive.

I've purchased from several auctions… I've purchased from several auctions now, and have had great experiences from each. The platform itself works well. I get all the text notifications I set myself up for as reminders for the auctions and items I'm watching. It's been a great experience!
