I definitely recommend them. Good communication, Robert answered my questions promptly and completely. Item was just as described. Shipping was fairly priced and nice to have available. Tracking provided. Shipping could have been a bit faster, but that's not really a deal breaker.

Error in listing, still have not received refund I won a collage (item #10214) listed as being 13.5"x17.5". In the course of arranging shipping, I was told the listing was in error; the piece was actually 31"x 25.5". This size didn't work for me and on April 18th, I was told a refund would be issued within 3-5 business days. It has been 8 business days and the refund has not yet been issued. I emailed an inquiry and received no reply, then called today and spoke with someone who was very nice and promised communication within 2 days. Unfortunately, my confidence is pretty damaged.

…all except the last bidding night. Had a great experience with the auction until the last day. Unclear if it was server issues or a glitch but in communication with other people we identified there was an issue that prevented people from being able to bid on items in a timely manner or move past the initial screen (first 20 items) to check the status of upcoming auction items that were ending. It was nerve-wracking and disappointing. I trust Auction Ninja will look into any server/cloud/error issues they have and identify ways to make the customer experience better in the future. Tracking bids, receiving invoices, and viewing items is fantastic. With the exception of the final night of bidding, I give Auction Ninja two thumbs up.
