USIt was very easy to bid and follow the… It was very easy to bid and follow the auctions due to email/text updates on bids. The company is very professional and responsive in answering any questions.
Bidding customer
US…all except the last bidding night. Had a great experience with the auction until the last day. Unclear if it was server issues or a glitch but in communication with other people we identified there was an issue that prevented people from being able to bid on items in a timely manner or move past the initial screen (first 20 items) to check the status of upcoming auction items that were ending. It was nerve-wracking and disappointing. I trust Auction Ninja will look into any server/cloud/error issues they have and identify ways to make the customer experience better in the future. Tracking bids, receiving invoices, and viewing items is fantastic. With the exception of the final night of bidding, I give Auction Ninja two thumbs up.
