Never Disappointed! Worth it! Hands down the best subscription service I've encountered. Watchgang has stood by their promise to send me a new Watch every month, and I've never been disappointed. Every watch they've sent me has been a treasure. This company has expanded my knowledge and appreciation for luxury watches. I can't wait for my new Watch to ship every month, it's like Christmas! To be honest To be honest, don't usually leave reviews. With that being said I'm only leaving this one because I'm absolutely 💯 satisfied to this point. I've only received 2 watches one from a wheel spin which landed on tier 4. Was stoked! Both have been worth much more than what I paid for them. Fast shipping and beautiful watches. To anyone unsure if they want to sign up, just saying try it. Won't be disappointed. Thanks watch gang!

I enjoy how fast the watches get… I enjoy how fast the watches get shipped out and delivered. I have had only 2 boxes but the watches were both very nice. I only wish that I would’ve gotten an automatic watch by now since I’m a black tier member and that I didn’t get the same watches my brother in law gets for the same month because we was thinking about trading if we liked each others watch more

Have purchased many watches from them Have purchased many watches from them. I always get one of the premium wheels and always Level 1 which is the overwhelming percentage if you look it up. The values they claim are suspect at best, can usually find same watches for same $ or even less. Finally got a Tier 2 on a "pre owned" watch. It arrived poorly packaged, heavily damaged, claimed to be valuable. My watch guy tells me it's worthless in its current condition. Have provided photos, multiple emails, finally got refund instructions - don't work, out the $ and also some customs/brokerage fees. Bordering on scam/fraud and may report to consumer rights/law enforcement. UPDATE Shortly after posting this review, someone else reached out to me directly from the company. They resolved the situation promptly, advised it was on an exception basis. Docking a star because: They need better overview of suppliers as this wasn’t what was promised/expected. They made trying to resolve the issue time consuming and painful until I posted this review. All in all, I am satisfied with the way this was eventually resolved. For me personally, it’s not worth the headache risk - particularly given the complexities (out of their control to be fair) of cross border logistics for purchases and returns.

I Have received some really high… I Have received some really high quality watches. I think the odds on the wheel spin are not in the customers favor. I’ve spun the wheel multiple times on different levels of watches and received level 1 watches every time. Still receiving quality watches though, but hey that’s the game you play.
