GBOrdered product almost 2 months ago Ordered product almost 2 months ago. Some personalized gifts were for a wedding shower that has come and gone. Can never get an answer from Customer Service and website says in process...after almost 2 months? Do NOT order from Qualtry!

GBLate and later, and no response from company This purchase was for Christmas. Everything I purchased for Christmas was late! I started my order with a few things with 2 day delivery for Christmas , and the pop-up kept saying spend $100 get free shipping. No where did it say if you spend $100 we are going to ship it ground So not only did I buy more than I needed. I was leaving in 4 days out of town for Christmas, celebrating in town the night before. Didn’t have the gifts in town to give to family or to take with me out of town and then this one arrives in February and I didn’t even get notice it was on back order. I tried to contact the company several times via email and asked for a phone call and the response was their phone service was unavailable and I still have yet to get a call back. It’s been almost a month. Very disappointing service. I won’t be ordering from here again
