I love the engraved I love the engraved, wood bottle opener. This product makes a great closing gift for my real estate male clients. I also like the great customer service, I had a question placing the order and I don't remember the ladies name who help me but she did an awesome job guiding me through the ordering process. Lovely Pashmina Lovely Pashmina. It is not as soft as I anticipated but still lovely. Wen I selected white thread for the monogram it did not keep that choice but moved to yellow. Not my favorite color at all. Because of multiple steps for completing the order, I did not catch it. Perhaps making check out easier, would have helped me catch the error. 4 stars for the check out process only.

Horrible service! Horrible service!! Always an excuse for taking 2-3 weeks to ship my order. Never can reach anyone by phone because the lines are constantly busy or not working. Takes 3-4 emails to get a half response. Chat never works.
