Ordered product almost 2 months ago Ordered product almost 2 months ago. Some personalized gifts were for a wedding shower that has come and gone. Can never get an answer from Customer Service and website says in process...after almost 2 months? Do NOT order from Qualtry!

I love the engraved I love the engraved, wood bottle opener. This product makes a great closing gift for my real estate male clients. I also like the great customer service, I had a question placing the order and I don't remember the ladies name who help me but she did an awesome job guiding me through the ordering process. Great job Qualtry!!

My orter was Stolen I order the first collar as gift. When it was stolen out of the mailbox before the recipient received it I told Qualtry right away! Their reaction surprised me!! 5 stars for qualtry pillow cases! I will continue to order personalized pillow cases from Qualtry when they are on sale because they are my #1 hit holiday gift every year! I love that they sell the pillow inserts as well, and they wash and dry AMAZING! I have 2 boys and can confirm these are very durable.

It’s about time! Finally!! Someone has finally figured out the ordering, production and shipping of Qualtry! I’m so pleased with my order. Overall less than 2 weeks from date of order to delivery!! Impressive since my last order took 4 months and several additional inquiries. I’ve ordered for years and always waited and highly disappointed in your timeline, I just hope this is the new and improved normal. I love it!
