GBIt’s about time! Finally!! Someone has finally figured out the ordering, production and shipping of Qualtry! I’m so pleased with my order. Overall less than 2 weeks from date of order to delivery!! Impressive since my last order took 4 months and several additional inquiries. I’ve ordered for years and always waited and highly disappointed in your timeline, I just hope this is the new and improved normal. I love it!

GBLate and later, and no response from company This purchase was for Christmas. Everything I purchased for Christmas was late! I started my order with a few things with 2 day delivery for Christmas , and the pop-up kept saying spend $100 get free shipping. No where did it say if you spend $100 we are going to ship it ground So not only did I buy more than I needed. I was leaving in 4 days out of town for Christmas, celebrating in town the night before. Didn’t have the gifts in town to give to family or to take with me out of town and then this one arrives in February and I didn’t even get notice it was on back order. I tried to contact the company several times via email and asked for a phone call and the response was their phone service was unavailable and I still have yet to get a call back. It’s been almost a month. Very disappointing service. I won’t be ordering from here again

CACustomer service Great customer service. Not Qualtry fault it didn’t get delivered. That’s on DHL. They are sending another one.As soon as I let them know I had not yet received my order they redid it and sent the shipping/tracking information again. Here’s hoping DHL gets it to me

GBLove the look and quality of the dog… Love the look and quality of the dog collars, but unfortunately the phone number was transposed, which is the reason for the 3 star rating. Customer service has been great and once I get my replacements, it will be 5 star.
