Impressive since my last order took 4 months and several additional inquiries. I’ve ordered for years and always waited and highly disappointed in your timeline, I just hope this is the new and improved normal. I love it!

Terrible communication and customer… Terrible communication and customer service! I inquired about the status of my order several times and was told it was being processed every time. Once I finally received my order, 3 of the items were missing. I contacted customer service again to find out 1 of the items was out of stock. Still no mention of the other 2 items. I contacted customer service AGAIN to find out the same. Instead of issuing a credit, they sent me a $20 gift card, but the cost of the out of stock items was $42. When I questioned my refund, I was told to dispute it with my bank. I shop online all the time and have never heard of this. DO NO SHOP HERE!
