Not my favorite color at all. Because of multiple steps for completing the order, I did not catch it. Perhaps making check out easier, would have helped me catch the error. 4 stars for the check out process only.

It’s about time! Finally!! Someone has finally figured out the ordering, production and shipping of Qualtry! I’m so pleased with my order. Overall less than 2 weeks from date of order to delivery!! Impressive since my last order took 4 months and several additional inquiries. I’ve ordered for years and always waited and highly disappointed in your timeline, I just hope this is the new and improved normal. I love it!

5 stars for qualtry pillow cases! I will continue to order personalized pillow cases from Qualtry when they are on sale because they are my #1 hit holiday gift every year! I love that they sell the pillow inserts as well, and they wash and dry AMAZING! I have 2 boys and can confirm these are very durable.

It took me tons of emails and… It took me tons of emails and frustration just to get the code to give to the merchant for a dog collar. Finally received the items 5-6 weeks after buying it. Was constantly told the merchant had to fix the code issue.
