Solution Fixed! Ordered some wax and vessels 3 weeks ago. Asked for an update and got a response immediately. TWW team put a rush on my order, (been waiting for 3 weeks) and it finally arrived. However somewhere in the mix the mail carrier lost half the order. They resolved that issue promptly as well.
