This are one of the best products I’ve used so far the wax goes a long way and the melting is amazing the results are great even if your a beginner the result looks professional and the best part with the hemp coconut wax you don’t need to add colors if you don’t want because the color is cream and makes candles look luxurious the smell of the wax alone is incredible smells like frosting the fragrance oils smell amazing the chai smells so good and the vanilla ones omg! Palo santo& Sage oh yes! And with free shipping on orders over 99.00 that’s a winner plus 4 payments totally worth it!

I placed my first order on Makesy.com… I placed my first order on Makesy.com on 3/6/24 and paid $32 for two day shipping. I did not receive my package in two days and emailed Makesy so I could be refunded . I assume customer service is non existent because I emailed three times and no one ever responded to any of my emails about getting a refund for my shipping cost.

Solution Fixed! Ordered some wax and vessels 3 weeks ago. Asked for an update and got a response immediately. TWW team put a rush on my order, (been waiting for 3 weeks) and it finally arrived. However somewhere in the mix the mail carrier lost half the order. They resolved that issue promptly as well. To say the least, I will continue doing business with TWW family, as they always get to back you, are always polite and helpful, and always got your back! Thanks team.
