GBReally disappointed with customer service … Really disappointed with customer service. As someone who spends thousands of dollars with Makesy, I’m frustrated. I made an order on April 16, after seeing no movement on April 24 I emailed. Their response was if the order hasn’t been fulfilled after 7 days they would expedite shipping. I said it’s been well over 7 days. And they responded 7 business days. So of course the next day the order is updated fulfilled so they can avoid expedited shipping. Why not just offer it when a loyal customer is requesting it when I’ve spent $1000 this month?

GBMakesy made it right UPDATED REVIEW: My initial review rating was two stars due to being sent the wrong colored items. I made a request for the inconvenience and was denied in the beginning. However, Makesy customer service got back with me and made a way to accommodate me. Although I had time constraints and really needed to get things going sooner than later . . . Makesy understood my concern . . . they apologized for the inconvenience and made it a point to show me they value me as a customer. I will definitely continue my relationship with them and I highly recommend Makesy for all of your brand making needs. #Makesy #MadeItRight

GBI love Makesy I love Makesy, it's pretty much all I order from because they carry everything I need. If I have trouble getting something to work they are so helpful. The quality of their products is outstanding, customer service outstanding, award perks program outstanding, shipping so much better, I never cared how long it took because I keep a well stocked inventory but they are alot faster I have noticed.

GBI just shopped for the first time with… I just shopped for the first time with them, it’s not an overwhelming site with hundreds of items but just the perfect ones, no reloads, popping offers and chat services at every selection, it’s quite simple and of good quality. So far, I’m content with my choices and can’t wait for these items to be delivered. Thank you.

GBItem came a day earlier than expected… Item came a day earlier than expected and packaged in its own little box (not the shipping box). It almost looked like a little necklace gift box--which is perfect because I bought it as a gift (one of those long, electric lighters for my BFF who LOVES candles lol). My only qualm is that whoever packaged it sent literally 10 Makesy cards (they weren't any promotion, just a heads up about rebranding). I felt that was incredibly wasteful. I appreciated the one, but at then end of the day they want to the trash bin. That's marketing materials thrown away. Just think that's something for y'all to consider. Other than that, I love the speed and it was packaged in such a way that it likely didn't even move in transit. Love it! Thank you guys!!
