The quality of their products is outstanding, customer service outstanding, award perks program outstanding, shipping so much better, I never cared how long it took because I keep a well stocked inventory but they are alot faster I have noticed.

I’ve never had any issue with customer service getting back to me only during the Holiday season it’s slow (but that is to be expected). I’ve only had one issue And it was resolved in minutes and I will continue to come back. Thank you
