Excellent Company and customer service I'd never had a bad experience with Wooden Wick except for 1 delayed order, but they replied to my messages in timely manner and I got my packaged after couple of days. I placed my first order on Makesy.com… I placed my first order on Makesy.com on 3/6/24 and paid $32 for two day shipping. I did not receive my package in two days and emailed Makesy so I could be refunded . I assume customer service is non existent because I emailed three times and no one ever responded to any of my emails about getting a refund for my shipping cost.

Solution Fixed! Ordered some wax and vessels 3 weeks ago. Asked for an update and got a response immediately. TWW team put a rush on my order, (been waiting for 3 weeks) and it finally arrived. However somewhere in the mix the mail carrier lost half the order. They resolved that issue promptly as well. To say the least, I will continue doing business with TWW family, as they always get to back you, are always polite and helpful, and always got your back! Thanks team.
