Benisouk Rocks! I love the products from this company. In addition to being unique works of art unto themselves, their products are well made with high quality and comfortable materials. I initially purchased an 8'x10' Nabta rug, and have since purchased several cactus pillows to compliment the rug. It has completely transformed my living space and I couldn't be happier. Another positive thing worth mentioning, Benisouk does not charge shipping or taxes on orders!

The quality and softness of my Beni Ourain is unmatched. I worked with Benisouk on a custom Beni Ourain rug with an unusual size. They were very helpful and responsive. I don't often purchase rugs online but working with Benisouk made the process easy and gave me confidence in the quality and authenticity so I decided to make the purchase. The rug arrived a few weeks early and it's absolutely beautiful! The quality and the softness of the wool is unmatched and truly elevates the living space.

These guys are legends. The best! Not only does Benisouk has the most unique and gorgeous rugs ever, but they also shipped fast and have been great to work with overall. The rug game can be super shady, so we're thrilled to have purchased five rugs at this point, and it's been smooth sailing all the way.

Once a skeptic, now a fanatic! I've frankly been burned by social media ads in the past but took another shot with benisouk. Boy was I surprised! I needed different cushions for a new leather sofa and these that arrived are perfect!! Gorgeous and subtle texture in the weave and dye, stunning tribal patterns, rich to the touch - I couldn't believe this find. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Returning rugs 'stuck in customs' - no refund. Buyer beware! I've since come to realise my experience is identical to dozens of others, making me wish I had read reviews prior to falling for the glitzy website. The rug I bought was returned to Benisouk well within the 14 day returns window, and FEDEX has even said it was delivered. But according to Benisouk it is apparently 'stuck in customs'. Benisouk provide no proof of this, no evidence of any communication with customs, constant reassurances that they are 'working hard' to retrieve it from customs, but now six months in, I hold zero hope of ever receiving a refund for this and now they are not returning my emails. Benisouk states that we should use their own 'authorised' returns company, to guarantee delivery, but this is ludicrous. They quote you virtually the price of the rug to return it. I got a quote from the same company at a fraction of the cost of the return that they quoted me. Naturally I pursued that route. Now there is nothing to show for it. If you are thinking of purchasing any product with this company - spend a moment reviewing all the 1 star reviews first, and then draw your own conclusions.
