CAGreat customer service This company knows how to treat customers. I purchased a tool from Sanrio. Based on prior purchases I was told I was a member of Sanrico’s VIP club and entitled to a 10% discount. When I tried to claim the discount on a more recent purchase I did not know the correct discount code. When Sanrico became aware of my experience they volunteered to give me a refund of 10%. How many organizations do that.

GBPower Sphere I ordered the power sphere without looking at the whole website. (my mistake) The power sphere requires an adapter, as It is made in another country. I did not order it and was greatly disappointed. The customer service with this co. was wonderful and I will definitely order from them again. GBSanrico delivered my Welding Rods as… Sanrico delivered my Welding Rods as promised. Initially they appeared lost but Sanrico followed up and they were delivered in days. I have not used the Welding Rods yet so I can not comment. I would like to give kudos to the Customer Support staff as they were very timely in following up with my questions. I would recommend this company as reliable/dependable supplier.

GBI have purchased a number of tools in… I have purchased a number of tools in the past and their delivery and support is very efficient, I live in the UK. This time I enquired about the adaptability of the 'Power Sphere' to UK angle grinders. They sorted out the answer within a few hours, without any fuss and pointed me in the direction of the adapter. So, to coin a phrase, 'Job Done'.
