Sanrico delivered my Welding Rods as… Sanrico delivered my Welding Rods as promised. Initially they appeared lost but Sanrico followed up and they were delivered in days. I have not used the Welding Rods yet so I can not comment. I would like to give kudos to the Customer Support staff as they were very timely in following up with my questions. I would recommend this company as reliable/dependable supplier.

A Plus for Customer Service I have placed 3 orders since discovering Sanrico. All have shipped promptly and have been quality products. I can give their customer service the best rating possible because I made an error in ordering and they went over and above service when getting me the needed part. This should be everyone's go to place for tools etc.

The folks in customer service were prompt, attentive, and all have a ridiculously adept way of sharing their product knowledge, and mostly, being helpful HUMANS!! The customer service is excellent! The customer service is excellent. I purchased welding rods and their automated system offered me an even better deal. However it wasn't clear to me as to why I couldn't simply order the "better" deal by itself. After communicating with their service department, they made an exception that allowed the cancellation of the first order and they promptly refunded me. I then ordered the "better deal" and I ended up with 40% more welding rod and saved $10 in the process. Thanks a whole bunch! It's rare to be treated well nowadays. I would buy again from them.
