Eclectic collection of tools and… Eclectic collection of tools and products that may just be the one thing to manage a project or gnarly job! Recently I was getting one of those (cobalt drill bits) and pressed an up-sell offer button thinking I would get to see the details - alas, no, it promptly added it to my order, which I didn’t want as I still had plenty of that product at my shop. I contacted support and they agreed to cancel and refund that portion of the order. So cool products and excellent support.

The customer service is excellent! The customer service is excellent. I purchased welding rods and their automated system offered me an even better deal. However it wasn't clear to me as to why I couldn't simply order the "better" deal by itself. After communicating with their service department, they made an exception that allowed the cancellation of the first order and they promptly refunded me. I then ordered the "better deal" and I ended up with 40% more welding rod and saved $10 in the process. Thanks a whole bunch! It's rare to be treated well nowadays. I would buy again from them.

Power Sphere I ordered the power sphere without looking at the whole website. (my mistake) The power sphere requires an adapter, as It is made in another country. I did not order it and was greatly disappointed. The customer service with this co. was wonderful and I will definitely order from them again. Very Helpful, The folks at Sanrico have been very helpful! When an order seemed to disappear - after a slight hiccup, they investigated and then re-sent the order, which has now been delivered. The items themselves are of good quality; and will be very useful. I am impressed with their friendliness; and willingness to assist at every stage. More than happy and will definitely deal with them again.
