GBJust bought some router bits from… Just bought some router bits from Sanrico and I am quite impressed with their customer service. They obviously put the customer first. I received my tools in just under a week exceeding their timeline for delivery. I’m quite satisfied with the tools that I bought. I will definitely do business with them again (they have some very cool tools).

CADelivery issues I ordered three items in early May 2021 and received one in about three weeks. The other two did not show up for a long time. I repeated the order of the other two and sent a few emails to get feedback on delivery expectations. the response was unsatisfactory claiming one item was delivered mid May. The overall ordered came within two days apart by June 20th. I am satisfied with the product but concerned with the delivery and the extra effort needed to track the order. Ahmed Shazly

GBHorrible company Horrible company. They have a product called BOXACY. I though it was for an actual wooden box, but they instead emailed me with a link to download instructions on how to build it myself. So my fault for being confused about the images. But I never clicked that link to download it. Once I realized it wasn't a physical box, I immediately emailed them for a refund as they can tell I never downloaded their instructions. Instead, they refused to respond to multiple emails, and wanted to just keep my money. Horrible behavior. As a company, if you know someone mistakenly purchased something, but never downloaded/used it, then you should issue a refund. It's no cost to do that.

GBSanrico delivered my Welding Rods as… Sanrico delivered my Welding Rods as promised. Initially they appeared lost but Sanrico followed up and they were delivered in days. I have not used the Welding Rods yet so I can not comment. I would like to give kudos to the Customer Support staff as they were very timely in following up with my questions. I would recommend this company as reliable/dependable supplier.

GBCustomer service has been great, but…… Customer service has been great in tracking my original package. I made a mistake entering incorrect zip code. The package went round and round via USPS. Finally returned to Sanrico. They indicate that they will send out a new after I write a review. New item supposedly sent again. I have not received tracking information after multiple requests. Beware that you can purchase exact same item at $30 cheaper on Amazon or eBay. Do your research!
