A Plus for Customer Service I have placed 3 orders since discovering Sanrico. All have shipped promptly and have been quality products. I can give their customer service the best rating possible because I made an error in ordering and they went over and above service when getting me the needed part. This should be everyone's go to place for tools etc.

I received my tools in just under a week exceeding their timeline for delivery. I’m quite satisfied with the tools that I bought. Very Helpful, The folks at Sanrico have been very helpful! When an order seemed to disappear - after a slight hiccup, they investigated and then re-sent the order, which has now been delivered. The items themselves are of good quality; and will be very useful. I am impressed with their friendliness; and willingness to assist at every stage. More than happy and will definitely deal with them again.
