GBI failed to see the mention of the… I failed to notice mention of the required adapter when I placed my order. Thus the product received was useless without it. I contacted the Sanrico service team about my dilemma. They responded right away and provided me an opportunity to purchase the needed part. It’s great doing business with entrepreneurs that provide a good product and also value “customer service”.

AUsquare drills I ordered the square drills and as another reviewer pointed out, they don't work without an adapter which Sanrico don't sell even though they use one on their promo video. Sanrico have now offered me a refund of the drill bits, which was kind of them. I would like to see them offer the missing adapter on their website, so that whole solutions can be bought.

GBJust bought some router bits from… Just bought some router bits from Sanrico and I am quite impressed with their customer service. They obviously put the customer first. I received my tools in just under a week exceeding their timeline for delivery. I’m quite satisfied with the tools that I bought. I will definitely do business with them again (they have some very cool tools).

GBBest service ever! On ordering a spherical carving bit, I was disappointed when it didn’t fit my Dewalt grinder. After contacting Sanrico’s customer service department, I discovered it was my mistake. I ordered the tool without the adapter. Sanrico said,” No problem, we will send you the adapter at no charge”. Wow! I will get all my carving needs at Sanrico! Thank you so much!

CAGreat customer service This company knows how to treat customers. I purchased a tool from Sanrio. Based on prior purchases I was told I was a member of Sanrico’s VIP club and entitled to a 10% discount. When I tried to claim the discount on a more recent purchase I did not know the correct discount code. When Sanrico became aware of my experience they volunteered to give me a refund of 10%. How many organizations do that.
