Paradise Fibers was established to help fiber artists get premium fiber arts supplies and spinning wheels in 1996. We are a family owned and operated fiber shop now located in a 27,000 square foot store in Spokane, Washington. We ship from the same store you shop in. You'll find we have fair prices, awesome rewards for regular shoppers and knowledgeable staff. Being one of the largest yarn shops in the world has made us a tourist destination for yarn-a-holics and fiber addicts all over the world. Fast Accurate Delivery Every Time I discovered this company about eight months ago, and have placed orders for needles, yarn and accessories several different times within that period. They are always quick to deliver and my order has been perfect each and every time. Once an item was backordered for a few days, and they immediately wrote to tell me and kept me informed. I love the guarantee that Norton offers and will do business with them for many years to come. BJ in Texas

I love Paradise Fibers more than I love yarn. Not really. But they're pretty great! I ordered some blocking wires, stitch markers, annnnnnndd...uhhhh some circular needles. And they were super professional and awesome and shipped it faster than some things I bought online earlier at another site. Awesome.

Outstanding and consistent service I have ordered several products, from something as small as a yarn cutter to something as large as my spinning wheel, through PF. Every order has arrived quickly and been well packed. I always look forward to getting my monthly fiber club box. And I frankly cannot recommended this site highly enough.

Ordered a rigid heddle loom stand on… Ordered a rigid heddle loom stand on January 13th that was advertised for $93. Today, February 26th received an email that they had made a mistake in pricing. They refused to honor their advertisement and refunded my money. So, not only did I wait a month and a half for a product that was supposed to ship at the beginning if February but they also had use of my money for over a month (yes, they pulled it out of my account immediately). If I could give no stars I would. Be very wary of ordering anything from this company. I got the runaround for weeks when I would attempt to check on this order. Consumers beware!

5th order in a row with problems This was the 5th order since summer that I have had problems with. I had to contact customer service 5 days after placing the order to see when it would be shipped even though the website said it was in stock & my account was charged the day I ordered. Never received the promised email with tracking info. Why do I have to contact customer service to initiate packing & shipping of my order? I shouldn't have to. 5 messed up orders since summer is 4 too many. This was my last order from Paradise.
