5th order in a row with problems This was the 5th order since summer that I have had problems with. I had to contact customer service 5 days after placing the order to see when it would be shipped even though the website said it was in stock & my account was charged the day I ordered. Never received the promised email with tracking info. Why do I have to contact customer service to initiate packing & shipping of my order? I shouldn't have to. 5 messed up orders since summer is 4 too many. This was my last order from Paradise.

great customer service - great deals paradise fibers customer service is amazing. i called them about my last order and my concern about the colors of a yarn i liked. computer images of color don't often show the shades well. the man who answered the phone actually compared different skeins of the same yarn and described the various colors to me. i picked one skein and was delighted with my purchase. the shipping cost was minimal - a big plus! thank you for your great customer service, discounts, and low shipping costs!!!

FANtastic company! I love Paradise Fibers! FANtastic company!Quite frequently, they offer free shipping, and it's speedy too. There's a nice selection of merchandise. They are friendly folks and follow up if you have a question. The points reward system is a great incentive too. There are a few problems: Sometimes points are not rewarded and are held back for some reason. The description of an item is inaccurate. Some items regularly out of stock.

I love Paradise Fibers more than I love yarn. Not really. But they're pretty great! I ordered some blocking wires, stitch markers, annnnnnndd...uhhhh some circular needles. And they were super professional and awesome and shipped it faster than some things I bought online earlier at another site. Awesome.
