Fantastic customer service I've always had customer service that goes above and beyond here. If they make a mistake, they don't haggle with me about it, they resolve it quickly, politely, and, quite frankly, better than any other customer service rep I've spoken to (bar none! and I've spoken to *many* good reps). For example: I placed an order on 8/8, I received the wrong yarn today (8/10). I contacted them over chat, the customer service rep immediately apologized, and shipped out my correct order today via priority mail.

Lost my support Paradise Fibers has lost my support. Being from Spokane I visited Paradise Fibers often and had the opportunity to take classes at the store. The way they have treated their employees in the last few months has made me see that they no longer are deserving of my business. Until a new store opens up in Spokane, all my business will go towards online retailers.

great customer service - great deals paradise fibers customer service is amazing. i called them about my last order and my concern about the colors of a yarn i liked. computer images of color don't often show the shades well. the man who answered the phone actually compared different skeins of the same yarn and described the various colors to me. i picked one skein and was delighted with my purchase. the shipping cost was minimal - a big plus! thank you for your great customer service, discounts, and low shipping costs!!!

Ordered a rigid heddle loom stand on… Ordered a rigid heddle loom stand on January 13th that was advertised for $93. Today, February 26th received an email that they had made a mistake in pricing. They refused to honor their advertisement and refunded my money. So, not only did I wait a month and a half for a product that was supposed to ship at the beginning if February but they also had use of my money for over a month (yes, they pulled it out of my account immediately). If I could give no stars I would. Be very wary of ordering anything from this company. I got the runaround for weeks when I would attempt to check on this order. Consumers beware!

The very best fiber company online or local store! I love Paradise Fibers! Their selection is amazing, customer service is outstanding, first quality products, great prices, and really great customer loyalty rewards. I have never been happier with a shop online or in store. Someone always answers your emails quickly and they treat you like an old friend and valued customer. I have even received thank you letters for reviewing a product!
