They go above and beyond in terms of superior customer service. I think every order I have ever placed has been changed due to my own indecisiveness (it's so hard to choose!) and every time the staff has been so accomodating. They always get it right and ship immediately. Their rewards program is fun. It's really a privilege to give them a rave review as one of my very favorite online stores to shop.

They are friendly folks and follow up if you have a question. The points reward system is a great incentive too. There are a few problems: Sometimes points are not rewarded and are held back for some reason. The description of an item is inaccurate. Some items regularly out of stock.

Outstanding and consistent service I have ordered several products, from something as small as a yarn cutter to something as large as my spinning wheel, through PF.
