Fantastic selection and service! Paradise Fibers has a wonderfully easy website to navigate. They always have, or will special order, anything, everything, and more than I could ever want. They go above and beyond in terms of superior customer service. I think every order I have ever placed has been changed due to my own indecisiveness (it's so hard to choose!) and every time the staff has been so accomodating. They always get it right and ship immediately. Their rewards program is fun. It's really a privilege to give them a rave review as one of my very favorite online stores to shop.

I order online from Paradise Fibers because they show ALL colors available, are priced right and ship quickly. Very nice people to deal with in person via phone OR online!

Good service, responsive if problems happen People have complained about rigid heddle orders. However some of the problem is that Ashford products have to come via Ashford. So yes it took about a month to get my rigid heddle reeds but that was hardly the fault of Paradise Fibers. And when there was an error it was taken care of immediately. It's important to remember things happen and Paradise Fibers is a responsive retailer and in my case worked to fix problems that came up. Last thing. I'm very fond of Ashford products but one needs to be a bit patient when ordering items.

Ordered a rigid heddle loom stand on… Ordered a rigid heddle loom stand on January 13th that was advertised for $93. Today, February 26th received an email that they had made a mistake in pricing. They refused to honor their advertisement and refunded my money. So, not only did I wait a month and a half for a product that was supposed to ship at the beginning if February but they also had use of my money for over a month (yes, they pulled it out of my account immediately). If I could give no stars I would. Be very wary of ordering anything from this company. I got the runaround for weeks when I would attempt to check on this order. Consumers beware!
