Fantastic customer service I've always had customer service that goes above and beyond here. If they make a mistake, they don't haggle with me about it, they resolve it quickly, politely, and, quite frankly, better than any other customer service rep I've spoken to (bar none! and I've spoken to *many* good reps). For example: I placed an order on 8/8, I received the wrong yarn today (8/10). I contacted them over chat, the customer service rep immediately apologized, and shipped out my correct order today via priority mail.

Fun, knowledgeable and caring. I recently bought some yarn at Paradise Fibers. I was confused about the order and wrote to them. A rep got back to me and continued to correspond until he felt I was satisfied. This was a lovely experience compared to most stores. The yarn was gorgeous and color very well represented online. I'm looking forward to doing more business with them.

You're truly in paradise with Paradise Fibers! I've been ordering from them about a year and I've had a good experience with them each time. From spinning fibers and knitting yarns to knitting needles and knitting markers, everything they have has been high quality. They've always been helpful, I've received items ordered very quickly, and their staff is knowledgable and very helpful. I will continue doing business with them because they treat people like good friends.

Paradise Lost Do not trust this company. They don't answer their phones, emails, or messages. They don't care about their customers and in fact, are quite rude to them. I wouldn't shop here if THEY paid ME. You can't slam the door in a customer's face! The trickle-down effect has begun ... and another one bites the dust. I'm not worried. There's certainly no shortage of online yarn stores that deliver the pleasant business experience you can no longer find at Paradise Fibers.

Amazing service The staff at Paradise Fibers is absolutely wonderful and helpful. You could not encounter more polite,helpful individuals. The items I purchased are top quality. Most impressive is the speedy shipping. For a flat $5 , items travel cross country in TWO days. I am amazed at Paradise Fibers ability to expedite shipping. I will definitely purchase items from them again!
