From spinning fibers and knitting yarns to knitting needles and knitting markers, everything they have has been high quality. They've always been helpful, I've received items ordered very quickly, and their staff is knowledgable and very helpful. They go above and beyond in terms of superior customer service. I think every order I have ever placed has been changed due to my own indecisiveness (it's so hard to choose!) and every time the staff has been so accomodating. great customer service - great deals paradise fibers customer service is amazing. i called them about my last order and my concern about the colors of a yarn i liked. computer images of color don't often show the shades well. the man who answered the phone actually compared different skeins of the same yarn and described the various colors to me. i picked one skein and was delighted with my purchase. the shipping cost was minimal - a big plus! thank you for your great customer service, discounts, and low shipping costs!!!

Paradise Lost Do not trust this company. They don't answer their phones, emails, or messages. They don't care about their customers and in fact, are quite rude to them. I wouldn't shop here if THEY paid ME. You can't slam the door in a customer's face! The trickle-down effect has begun ... and another one bites the dust. I'm not worried. There's certainly no shortage of online yarn stores that deliver the pleasant business experience you can no longer find at Paradise Fibers.
