Ordered a rigid heddle loom stand on… Ordered a rigid heddle loom stand on January 13th that was advertised for $93. Today, February 26th received an email that they had made a mistake in pricing. They refused to honor their advertisement and refunded my money. So, not only did I wait a month and a half for a product that was supposed to ship at the beginning if February but they also had use of my money for over a month (yes, they pulled it out of my account immediately). If I could give no stars I would. Be very wary of ordering anything from this company. I got the runaround for weeks when I would attempt to check on this order. Consumers beware!

Good service, responsive if problems happen People have complained about rigid heddle orders. However some of the problem is that Ashford products have to come via Ashford. So yes it took about a month to get my rigid heddle reeds but that was hardly the fault of Paradise Fibers. And when there was an error it was taken care of immediately. It's important to remember things happen and Paradise Fibers is a responsive retailer and in my case worked to fix problems that came up. Last thing. I'm very fond of Ashford products but one needs to be a bit patient when ordering items.

Quick shipping, almost perfect experience! I was really excited to hear (via email) that Paradise started working on my shipment within just minutes after I placed the order. I needed the fiber as quickly as possible. The only negative about the entire experience was that I requested USPS Priority Mail, but the order was shipped via UPS and came a couple of days later than I expected that it would, if it had been shipped Priority Mail. Fortunately, the shipment arrived fairly quickly and was exactly what I had ordered.

You're truly in paradise with Paradise Fibers! I've been ordering from them about a year and I've had a good experience with them each time. From spinning fibers and knitting yarns to knitting needles and knitting markers, everything they have has been high quality. They've always been helpful, I've received items ordered very quickly, and their staff is knowledgable and very helpful. I will continue doing business with them because they treat people like good friends.

Outstanding and consistent service I have ordered several products, from something as small as a yarn cutter to something as large as my spinning wheel, through PF. Every order has arrived quickly and been well packed. I always look forward to getting my monthly fiber club box. And I frankly cannot recommended this site highly enough.
