Blick's Art Supplies is fabulous! Unfortunately there is no Dick Blick's store near me, so I work with them via online orders. I've been ordering from them for almost six years and found them consistently excellent in price, quality of product, and superb customer service. After dozens of orders I've had exactly ONE order that wasn't correct--and that one was immediately fixed when I contacted customer service. Blick's has some of the best online customer service out there. It's my go-to place for art supplies of all kinds.

I purchased a 906 etching press several… I purchased a 906 etching press several months ago and it was a great little press with one problem. The blankets would pull to one side after several pulls and I would then have to reset. I kept trying to adjust the tension and ended up with a damaged turn screw. Spoke with tana this morning and she has issued me a return label and will be sending a new press first so I can use shipping box to return the damaged press. This is terrific customer service. The package arrived in astonishing condition and was well handled. affordable, but I paid more for shipping than the products. I think it's because I live in Canada. This is quite sad because, as mentioned earlier, their products are affordable. Please work to make international shipping more affordable.

I ordered some crackle effect spray… I ordered some crackle effect spray paint from Blick art. Out of 8 different cans, 3 wouldn’t spray so i called their customer service. they were very polite and they sent me replacements within 3 days that work without making things difficult. Thank you!

Prompt service and no shipping fees… Prompt service and no shipping fees made me so happy, as painting paper weighs a lot! When our local art shop closed this year, I was not sure how I was going to get the paper needed to supply an elementary school without paying exorbitant shipping costs. Thanks Blick. Some boxes slightly squished which is a carrier issue, but maybe the box cardboard could be a bit thicker.
