Send junk products without authorization, then demand payment Ordered a large frame for $70, it arrived broken and was of very poor quality. I wrote a review stating this, did not request or initiate a replacement. The company sent me one anyway, also terrible, also broken. I told them this one also arrived broken but made it clear I was only giving feedback. They sent a THIRD anyway and are now threatening to charge me for the extra frames they decided to send and now want back. I just want them to leave me alone, but they're ignoring that part.

Blick approved face coverings I was browsing for acetate tracing film wearing a PA state approved face shield. The store representative informed me that it was not acceptable even though the Pennsylvania CDC web site states that it is acceptable. He stated that only a cloth mask is store policy and told me I HAD to wear a cloth type covering. Which indicates that Blick does NOT follow PA CDC guidelines. He then walked away and did not bother to ask how he could assist me. I left the store and shopped for my art supplies somewhere else.

I ordered some crackle effect spray… I ordered some crackle effect spray paint from Blick art. Out of 8 different cans, 3 wouldn’t spray so i called their customer service. they were very polite and they sent me replacements within 3 days that work without making things difficult. Thank you!

They ship via the slowest possible… They ship via the slowest possible method, despite charging for shipping. Their shipping page makes it look like they ship via FedEx Home. Nope, SmartPost which is absolutely the worst method. The likelihood of a package being lost or delayed for weeks is very high. Don’t order any that you actually need from here.

Easy ordering. Great prices. Everything went smoothly as far as ordering, pricing was excellent, quick delivery. My only negative would be that one of the boxes of paints I ordered was crushed when it arrived. Product was fine, but box useless for storing paint tubes.
