Yes, there are delays during pandemic times! Dick Blick carries a huge range of brands. I only get to visit the Kansas City store when I travel and set aside an hour to go up and down each aisle and look at everything. So fun! Most of the time I order online. For the reviewers saying shipping is slow or merch is not complete during the pandemic, please raise your awareness!!! DB relies on manufacturers to have staff AND materials available to create the products that DB sells and you want to buy. In pandemic times, manufacturers are not getting what they need, so you have to be patient!

STAY AWAY--- NOT WORTH THE HASTLE!!! As per just about every other review... minutes from receiving my package via the slowest method in existence.. annnnd it's DAMAGED. Now I will have to wait for the whole thing to go through whatever process that will take probably another 3-4 weeks to get sorted. GOD I HATE YOU DICK BLICK

Blick approved face coverings I was browsing for acetate tracing film wearing a PA state approved face shield. The store representative informed me that it was not acceptable even though the Pennsylvania CDC web site states that it is acceptable. He stated that only a cloth mask is store policy and told me I HAD to wear a cloth type covering. Which indicates that Blick does NOT follow PA CDC guidelines. He then walked away and did not bother to ask how he could assist me. I left the store and shopped for my art supplies somewhere else.

Send junk products without authorization, then demand payment Ordered a large frame for $70, it arrived broken and was of very poor quality. I wrote a review stating this, did not request or initiate a replacement. The company sent me one anyway, also terrible, also broken. I told them this one also arrived broken but made it clear I was only giving feedback. They sent a THIRD anyway and are now threatening to charge me for the extra frames they decided to send and now want back. I just want them to leave me alone, but they're ignoring that part.

Easy ordering. Great prices. Everything went smoothly as far as ordering, pricing was excellent, quick delivery. My only negative would be that one of the boxes of paints I ordered was crushed when it arrived. Product was fine, but box useless for storing paint tubes.
