Amazing Amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The finished product is truly beautiful. I ordered two round ornaments for my boyfriends birthday. I know he’ll be blown away. Thank you 3D for delivering exactly what you promise. I definitely will be ordering in the future.

The Crystal is perfect The Crystal is perfect. The image came out great even though it was a picture of a picture. The only issue is with the LED stand. It would have been nice to have a battery operated light seeing that sometimes one cannot get to an electrical where the Crystal is placed. But otherwise perfect.

Superior Quality and Service It was a pleasant experience ordering from 3D innovation and was a very fast shipping time. Quality of my purchase is superb. Although i did use their codes for a big discount for my purchase, it was still not the best value. I did find another competitor with better pricing but ultimately chose 3D innovation. Regardless, the product is what is described and with quality in mind. Thanks to 3D, mothers day gift was a success!

Products great service not so much. The cube with the picture looks awesome and I’m very happy with it. However I ordered the lighted stand to put the cube in and the power cable is defective. It disconnects when moved or wiggled so probably has a break inside not visible. I sent an email and the response was to take a picture of the problem . A picture won’t show anything because the problem is inside the cable. I was expecting a replacement cable but I haven’t gotten one. So product is great but service not so much.

Was a beautiful photo of my dog while… Was a beautiful photo of my dog while it was snowing that I chose . There were several snowflakes that were blurred . I didn’t have the ability and I asked if they could be removed . If not I would like to use a different photo . I ordered on a Friday and it was in the mail the following Monday . They removed all the snowflakes and half my dogs face . Terribly disappointing .
