We had a problem, ordered a vertical instead of a horizontal cube, we now know that (Landscape means wide) and (portrait means tall) they were nice enough to correct our mistake and make it right at no charge! Products great service not so much. The cube with the picture looks awesome and I’m very happy with it. However I ordered the lighted stand to put the cube in and the power cable is defective. It disconnects when moved or wiggled so probably has a break inside not visible. I sent an email and the response was to take a picture of the problem . A picture won’t show anything because the problem is inside the cable. I was expecting a replacement cable but I haven’t gotten one. So product is great but service not so much.

I feel ripped off.. I feel ripped off... I placed my order at Baybrook Mall in Friendswood, Texas. And the lady was nice but did not give me enough information about their policy. All orders are final! they do not accept excanges or any changes to your order after the order has been placed. When I got home I looked for more options online and there are way better (lower) prices online and they even offered the light for free with your purchase. I wish I'd have done a research first and would have saved a few hundred dollars...

Excellent gift and great service, still overpriced. Excellent gift and great service 5 stars. Downside is they play games with pricing and limited discounts 1 star. For this reason I don’t see myself buying another one again. So one and done, find the right cost that is fair to customers and allows you to make a good living and you will get more repeat customers. This would be my go to wedding gift of not for the pricing irregularities. Employee at the mall was awesome. No high pressure and follow through on rush delivery.

Amazing Amazing. I wasn’t sure what to expect. The finished product is truly beautiful. I ordered two round ornaments for my boyfriends birthday. I know he’ll be blown away. Thank you 3D for delivering exactly what you promise. I definitely will be ordering in the future.
