OMgosh!! OMgosh! Vitaly did an AWESOME job creating the crystal of my 4 grandchildren. He was so patient and kind throughout the process of picking pictures and he even showed me an example of what my completed piece would look like. The finish product couldn't have been better. We were gifted the medium cube and it… We were gifted the medium cube and it is AMAZING, that deserves 5 stars! We bought the "cave" light stand and it looks cool, but the quality is disappointing. The plug is very cheap so the light flashes on and off because the connection isn't great.

Was a beautiful photo of my dog while… Was a beautiful photo of my dog while it was snowing that I chose . There were several snowflakes that were blurred . I didn’t have the ability and I asked if they could be removed . If not I would like to use a different photo . I ordered on a Friday and it was in the mail the following Monday . They removed all the snowflakes and half my dogs face . Terribly disappointing .

We appreciate the compassion shown to us for the loss of our little bulldog from leukemia. He was only 2 years old and our son and his wife were heartbroken. Products great service not so much. The cube with the picture looks awesome and I’m very happy with it. However I ordered the lighted stand to put the cube in and the power cable is defective. It disconnects when moved or wiggled so probably has a break inside not visible. I sent an email and the response was to take a picture of the problem . A picture won’t show anything because the problem is inside the cable. I was expecting a replacement cable but I haven’t gotten one. So product is great but service not so much.
