Was a beautiful photo of my dog while… Was a beautiful photo of my dog while it was snowing that I chose . There were several snowflakes that were blurred . I didn’t have the ability and I asked if they could be removed . If not I would like to use a different photo . I ordered on a Friday and it was in the mail the following Monday . They removed all the snowflakes and half my dogs face . Terribly disappointing .

This company is the worst This company is the worst. They tell you a price then keep adding costs to complete the piece. There is so many additional costs that they do not tell you about til the end. The salesperson showed me the preview of what the would look like completed. Well when I got my crystal is was NOT like the preview. I would have never paid the price they charged be for what I received. It’s a Christmas gift for my husband who just lost his Dad to COVID. I was something I was so excited to give him and now I will not be giving it to him because it’s not what I expected. This company is a rip off.

Excellent service Excellent service - thank you Lisa. You went over and beyond to make certain our order was correct. It was shipped immediately and was packed very well. We appreciate the compassion shown to us for the loss of our little bulldog from leukemia. He was only 2 years old and our son and his wife were heartbroken. We cannot thank you enough for the time spent making certain our order was correct. Wonderful Experience I have ordered two crystals in the last week. With the excellent help from their Chat room, specifically "lisa" - I was able to design the perfect gifts. She answered questions, gave good suggestions and was very friendly, yet professional. Very quick turn around on products ordered! My family has been extremely impressed and loved their gifts from 3D Innovation

Excellent gift and great service, still overpriced. Excellent gift and great service 5 stars. Downside is they play games with pricing and limited discounts 1 star. For this reason I don’t see myself buying another one again. So one and done, find the right cost that is fair to customers and allows you to make a good living and you will get more repeat customers. This would be my go to wedding gift of not for the pricing irregularities. Employee at the mall was awesome. No high pressure and follow through on rush delivery.
