I would recommend and will probably purchase again. Absolutely no regrets for the purchase of my keychain and the necklace I bought for my wife. Our recently deceased four legged family member will live on every day in our memory and our hearts. And this 3d picture I carry now will always be with me to remind me of quality moments we had with him. Excellent quality and prompt delivery. I would recommend and will probably purchase again.

The Crystal is perfect The Crystal is perfect. The image came out great even though it was a picture of a picture. The only issue is with the LED stand. It would have been nice to have a battery operated light seeing that sometimes one cannot get to an electrical where the Crystal is placed. But otherwise perfect.

This company is the worst This company is the worst. They tell you a price then keep adding costs to complete the piece. There is so many additional costs that they do not tell you about til the end. The salesperson showed me the preview of what the would look like completed. Well when I got my crystal is was NOT like the preview. I would have never paid the price they charged be for what I received. It’s a Christmas gift for my husband who just lost his Dad to COVID. I was something I was so excited to give him and now I will not be giving it to him because it’s not what I expected. This company is a rip off.

For this reason I don’t see myself buying another one again. So one and done, find the right cost that is fair to customers and allows you to make a good living and you will get more repeat customers. This would be my go to wedding gift of not for the pricing irregularities. Employee at the mall was awesome. No high pressure and follow through on rush delivery.

Impeccable customer service Fed ex lost my package and I contacted 3D innovations about it! A employee by the name of Lisa followed up and sent me out a new keychain within a day or two! I’m so happy I received it! It’s beautiful and I’m forever grateful that they took time to understand and fix the problem!! I’ve ordered numerous of times and never experienced that but I’m glad they took care of me in the end! I’ll continue to order with them!! Lisa you’re awesome!
