Let me say thank you to Skyview mall Let me say thank you to Skyview mall. I purchased three very amazing pieces from 3D innovations for my granddaughters. My order arrived very fast and upon my glance, I started to cry when I saw the photos of my son and his daughters encased in a crystal. I am not ready to show my friends and family yet because they are gifts for my granddaughters. The few people I did show are going to make purchases of their own. 3D innovation, thank you for putting a smile on my face and heart.

Impeccable customer service Fed ex lost my package and I contacted 3D innovations about it! A employee by the name of Lisa followed up and sent me out a new keychain within a day or two! I’m so happy I received it! It’s beautiful and I’m forever grateful that they took time to understand and fix the problem!! Great people if you have a problem! We had a problem, ordered a vertical instead of a horizontal cube, we now know that (Landscape means wide) and (portrait means tall) they were nice enough to correct our mistake and make it right at no charge!
