Terrible Customer Servicr I bought this for my daughter’s birthday. I received the wrong kit. I asked for e refund because there was no way another one would get to me in time. I received an email stating they re-shipped the correct one and allow 15 days for shipping. I will NEVER order from them again. There are many companies that value their customers, this is definitely not one of them!

Omg where do I even begin Omg where do I even begin? I absolutely love this company because of how accommodating, helpful, and super professional they really are. I had a bit of a dilemma with my order and they were so quick in their response to help solve my problem!!! I will forever buy from them and I’m truly the happiest customer they have ever known. I bought the castle at Disneyland for… I bought the castle at Disneyland for my granddaughter who is getting married next weekend. Her favorite place "in the world" is Disneyland and is where she will be honeymooning with her new husband, in Florida. I thought it was very appropriate. The size is 16x20 and I would recommend newbies to diamond painting to try something smaller the first time. I didn't think I'd have enough time to finish it, but luckily I did. I framed it and I'm excited about it. It looks great and I think she and her hubby will enjoy it. I look forward to doing more in the future! I love working with all the colors!

Worst company and customer service… Worst company and customer service ever. First the only platform told me to pic one size which was fine but then after placing my order I was told that the size was too small and I needed to pay more or cancel. If it’s a system issue, I shouldn’t have to pay. As I was asking questions I was then told my order was shipped out but I never received the shipping informations. Questioned some more, I was told nope it wasn’t shipped out. Had to question more and still no help so they finally cancelled but I still haven’t received my money back nor do I expect to see it. I understand mistakes but no one actually looked into the case and all I received were excuses and misinformation.
