They have great communication whether letting you know your order has shipped and giving you a tracking number or answering your questions. You simply cant go wrong I bought everything from Chicago Air Brush Supply, a compressor, gun, hose, etc. The staff was extremely friendly n helped me buy the correct tools I needed. Years later I had a bent needle and my gun wasn't spraying properly it was skipping spray. I went to two separate sites and a replacement needle for the Grex XB were sold out. Chicago Air Brush Supply had them in stock and I received them in the mail in a timely fashion, I am one very satisfied customer.

Took 3 weeks to get order They have no stock - they ship directly from the manufacturer. The website says 1-5 days, but I finally got my tracking number and it does not deliver until next week - 3 weeks from ordering. Do yourself a favor and get form Amazon - you will get the item in 2 days if you have Prime.
