Still haven't got product after 7 months Ordered 10 cans of stencil tac 7 months ago and have nothing called them 3 months ago and was told would come in 2 weeks. This happened before and when I finally called and requested a refund they charged me a 30% restocking fee and never refunded the shipping fees which was quite a bit. Don't think they are reliable at all or good business practices!

Good variety but item descriptions need more detail I was looking for quick disconnects for my Badger and Harbor Freight air brushes. Chicago had a great variety but even the service guys could not answer critical questions about thread size, diameters, hoses, etc. I'll cut them some slack blaming the manufacturer's not providing the information. There has to be someone ready to take up the view from the consumer who is caught in the middle ordering something we may or may not know will fit. Despite this frustration, I ended with a positive experience. It also speaks to the saying buy everything from one brand, but how is a novice to know that and what professional uses just one brush? Details, details, details please will increase sales.

Service was outstanding I order many stuff which included 4 aluminum panels. All 4 of them where drastically bent on one corner. I contact customer service right away and 3 days later I got 4 undamaged panels without issues. great service and competitive prices.

Great Customer Service & Great Prices This store does EVERYTHING right - from the quick shipping to the best prices and detailed customer service. They are friendly and go out of their way to see your needs are met. They have great communication whether letting you know your order has shipped and giving you a tracking number or answering your questions. Gustavo always takes such good care of me, I couldn't imagine wanting to shop anywhere else....and believe me, I can be a pain in the wahtoosie, if you know what I mean. I am very particular about ingredients, sizes etc... but I always get what I want.
