Great Customer Service & Great Prices This store does EVERYTHING right - from the quick shipping to the best prices and detailed customer service. They are friendly and go out of their way to see your needs are met. They have great communication whether letting you know your order has shipped and giving you a tracking number or answering your questions. Gustavo always takes such good care of me, I couldn't imagine wanting to shop anywhere else....and believe me, I can be a pain in the wahtoosie, if you know what I mean. I am very particular about ingredients, sizes etc... but I always get what I want.

Very helpful and knowledgeable I purchased a converter kit and spare parts for an Iwata gun I already had and also was advised on the merits and drawbacks of a the smaller Iwata Neo unit which I also ultimately purchased. Sometimes it is hard to make informed decisions based solely on the info provided so it was truly helpful to be able to call and speak someone with true product expertise. I have received everything and it was exactly what I looking for and expecting based on the phone call.

Good variety but item descriptions need more detail I was looking for quick disconnects for my Badger and Harbor Freight air brushes. Chicago had a great variety but even the service guys could not answer critical questions about thread size, diameters, hoses, etc. I'll cut them some slack blaming the manufacturer's not providing the information. There has to be someone ready to take up the view from the consumer who is caught in the middle ordering something we may or may not know will fit. Despite this frustration, I ended with a positive experience. It also speaks to the saying buy everything from one brand, but how is a novice to know that and what professional uses just one brush? Details, details, details please will increase sales.

Took 3 weeks to get order They have no stock - they ship directly from the manufacturer. The website says 1-5 days, but I finally got my tracking number and it does not deliver until next week - 3 weeks from ordering. Do yourself a favor and get form Amazon - you will get the item in 2 days if you have Prime.
