GBYou simply cant go wrong I bought everything from Chicago Air Brush Supply, a compressor, gun, hose, etc. The staff was extremely friendly n helped me buy the correct tools I needed. Years later I had a bent needle and my gun wasn't spraying properly it was skipping spray. I went to two separate sites and a replacement needle for the Grex XB were sold out. Chicago Air Brush Supply had them in stock and I received them in the mail in a timely fashion, I am one very satisfied customer.

GBGreat Customer Service & Great Prices This store does EVERYTHING right - from the quick shipping to the best prices and detailed customer service. They are friendly and go out of their way to see your needs are met. They have great communication whether letting you know your order has shipped and giving you a tracking number or answering your questions. Gustavo always takes such good care of me, I couldn't imagine wanting to shop anywhere else....and believe me, I can be a pain in the wahtoosie, if you know what I mean. I am very particular about ingredients, sizes etc... but I always get what I want.

GBIs this company "terminal?"... I have had very good experiences w/Chicago Airbrush Supply in the past. The only odd thing was getting follow-up email, etc., from companies w/another name "Awakening Avatar Enterprises," for instance. But the orders always came through, no problems. Now, apparently, they're in major trouble? My last order has been delayed--no action for over a week-- and I've had sketchy support response on it. I had ordered paints manufactured by Createx Colors. I was called by Createx, told they're not being paid for orders from Chicago Airbrush. They've been advising customers to attempt a refund/chargeback from CAB and to buy Createx paint from other suppliers.
